Step 1: I started making this short by pitching multiple ideas, both did involve Kobo but him in different scenarios, once a pitch was approved I worked on the script to make it more appealing

Step 2: a script was finalized and I made a few concept sketches and character designs, then worked on a final character design after.

Step 3: once characters were designs I made storyboards so I knew where I would go with the piece.

​

Step 4: once a storyboard was made I started work on the character rig.

​

Step 5: after rigs were made I worked on the actual animation itself, which was the longest part of the process.

Step 6: sound effects and touching up, after all was said and done I worked on adding background noises and sounds.
